Technical Account Manager/Client Success
High-growth, B2B SaaS fintech platform (Vertalo) is looking for an experienced Technical/Senior Client Success Director (multiple roles) to contribute to the next phase of our growth. This is a highly technical, problem-solving, interactive role that requires significant attention to detail, patience, and collaboration with internal and external constituents
This not a CSR job.
This is not an outside sales position, but there is an upsell component.
Previous Experience with SaaS technology implementation and support is required.

Vertalo is the B2B SaaS data management platform for digital assets. We utilize blockchain and DLT to simplify the investment in, management, ownership, and secondary trading of private assets (think Real Estate, VC-funded companies, etc.)
Please note, you must be in Austin or be willing to relocate at own expense for consideration of this position.
The ideal candidate is happiest working in a fast-moving, technical environment and industry, has demonstrated an ability to coordinate across functions (Sales, Service, Technology, & Project Management) within a startup company, and is able to navigate in and around ambiguous situations. Experience in growing and maintaining relationships in a professional setting is required. Experience working in Fintech, at an investment bank, VC firm, Broker-Dealer, or Funding Platform is especially desirable. Technical proficiency with the implementation and configuration of software-based services is required.

Non-relevant industry experience, especially (but not limited to) Healthcare, Insurance, Government/Not for Profit.
Delivering solutions for our clients and partners under deadline pressure
Manage and communicate with clients on a daily or as-needed basis
Effectively articulate value propositions, create interest, and generate excitement through customer presentations
Drive product satisfaction with clients (Net Promoter Score)
Maintain records for billing and bookings with clients (Maintain and Grow Revenues)
Teach clients how to use third party integrations with Vertalo
Work with Client Success team to gather insights and help shape the direction of the CS team and strategy
Regular Duties will include:
Daily communication with clients, including demos, walk-thrus, and answering product/industry questions
Assist in building and implementing investor onboarding flows
Executing client onboarding plans with Client Success team
Instructing clients on new product features, integrations, & innovations
Working with PR team to create and release joint client-Vertalo press releases
Gathering periodic feedback from clients regarding Vertalo’s product, UI/UX, client usage & adoption, and Vertalo’s market positioning compared to other options
Informing and reporting account status up to VP of Client Success
Identifying creative solutions for strategic accounts
Other duties include working with sales, product development to accurately scope larger client onboarding processes, as well as implement tools for onboarding and communication as Vertalo’s client base grows.
All candidates with relevant experience will be considered, with a bias towards applicants with specific industry experience in Fintech, blockchain, and/or data management. Experience in the Capital Markets (investment banks, broker-dealers) or Real Estate Funds/Tech is very applicable. The Vertalo product is a web-based application bought on a license basis, so sales cohort analysis and segment marketing experience is valuable. Candidates with degrees in Finance or Accounting are especially welcome, as are those who have obtained securities licenses or other financial industry credentials. Knowledge of Blockchain technology and its application to enterprise software is a nice added bonus.
