Partner Manager, (Greater China)

Responsibilities
Develop and manage strategic relationships with key agency partners across Greater China
Serve as the primary point of contact for agencies and act as a trusted advisor on behalf of the company.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to deliver value to agency partners.
Drive revenue growth by creating and executing regional agency development plans.
Identify new agency partnership opportunities and onboard them to our platform.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, provide strategic recommendations, and ensure partner satisfaction.
Represent the company at regional industry events and agency meetings.
Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies relevant to agency business.
Work cross-functionally with other teams to maximize agencies’ relationship with X (product, engineering, legal, marketing, communications, finance, sales, brand strategy, etc.)
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in agency account management, partnerships, or digital marketing roles, preferably within the Greater China region.
Proven track record of managing high-value relationships and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with remote teams.
Knowledge of digital advertising platforms and performance marketing is a plus.
Fluency in English; Business Chinese is highly preferred due to the need to liaise with China agencies.
Willingness to travel regionally as needed.
