The Post-Production Supervisor will manage the entire post-production pipeline, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, on brand and at the highest technical and creative standards. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, organized and technically skilled professional who thrives in a fast-paced sports media environment. You’ll collaborate closely with producers, editors, graphic designers and university General Managers, as well as the sales and media teams, to maintain consistency and quality across all content. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a digital-first, high-volume sports media environment.

key responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the post-production team.
  • Oversee the post workflow, from ingest through delivery, including editing, color correction, sound mix, QC and versioning.
  • Develop and maintain efficient file management, media archiving and asset organization systems.
  • Collaborate with producers, general managers and creative leads to maintain visual and editorial consistency across content.
  • Manage edit schedules and resources, balancing multiple concurrent projects with tight deadlines.
  • Implement quality control procedures to ensure high standards and brand integrity.
  • Advise on technology and software, staying up to date with industry trends and recommending improvements to workflow and infrastructure.
  • Mentor post staff, providing creative feedback and technical support.

qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional experience in digital media post-production, with fluency in the Internet content space.
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure, while maintaining creativity and precision.
  • Passion for college sports.
