Description

As a Recruiter at Starkware, you will play a pivotal role in driving our talent acquisition strategy forward. We are a deeply technological gang, and we’re seeking someone who’s really passionate about identifying, attracting and matching top-tier talent with our company needs and culture. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring that we continue to build a team of exceptional individuals who share our vision and values. Responsibilities:

  • Lead Hiring Processes from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and ensure a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Identify Top Talent: Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques to identify and attract top-tier talent within the technology industry.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of passive candidates through networking, referrals, and industry events.
  • Promote Company Culture: Serve as a brand ambassador for Starkware, tell our story, ensure candidates have a positive experience with our company throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruiting within the technology industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring technical talent in a competitive market.
  • Strong communication, selling and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for recruiting, for “closing” top talents and for being the strongest advocate for the company you are representing.
  • Curious, good technical orientation, not inhibited to dive into the company’s technology
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
