Why We Need This: PNF is the steward of the POKT Network ecosystem. Core to our role is capitalising on opportunities presented by technology advancement (technical partnerships, commercial opportunities) and protecting the ecosystem from threats (Existential technical shifts, time and resources rabbitholes/graveyards).

The Technical Leader will act as the main technical lead within the foundation and be a conduit to technical teams across the ecosystem. They will play a major role in product strategy and evangelism for the ecosystem.

Key Requirements:

1. Knowledge: In-depth understanding of web3 ecosystem and blockchains, and particular knowledge of developer needs and trends
2. Skills: Experienced as previous CTO or Technical leader of a web3 protocol, Excellent communicator and public speaker, Experienced leader ideally as a founder or founding team member for major infrastructure protocol or L1/L2
3. Attitude: Candid, Driven, Focused

Nice-to-haves: knowledge of the Cosmos SDK.

Engagement:

This role will be a full-time core member of the Pocket Network Foundation, a distributed and remote team based around the world. This technical leader would be welcomed to join the board. The offer will include a total comp including both a contracting component and token incentive.
