About the role
As an Associate Product Manager, you will work closely with the Head of Product to develop and execute strategies and roadmaps. This includes conducting market research and collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather input and define product requirements. You will also be responsible for monitoring product metrics, staying updated with industry trends, and supporting product launches to drive adoption and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing product strategies and roadmaps under the guidance of the Head of Product.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user research to identify market trends, user needs, and product opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to gather input, prioritize features, and define product requirements.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of product documentation, such as product requirements documents (PRDs), user stories, and feature specifications.
  • Support the Head of Product in driving the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality releases.
  • Help analyze user feedback, conduct usability testing, and gather data to make data-driven decisions and improve product performance.
  • Assist in monitoring and analyzing key product metrics, such as user engagement, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction, to assess product success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to make recommendations for product enhancements and innovation.
  • Support product launches, including coordinating marketing and communication activities, preparing product collateral, and training internal teams.
  • Assist in the development of product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies to drive product adoption and revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience of web3 and blockchain infrastructure
  • Prior experience in product management, product marketing, or related roles
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
