About the role
As the Operations Manager, you’ll conduct day-to-day operational and administrative tasks that ensure that the business is running as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
Responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
Task & project management
Strategic planning
Team building and onboarding
Operations & process improvements
Administrative and back office tasks and coordination

You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
You have excellent time management skills

Recommended Experience
2+ years in a project/team management role, and/or
Experience as a business operations manager or chief of staff at a tech company
Proven experience optimizing company processes & workflows
Bonus points
Strong financial management skills and familiarity with deal documents
