OXIO is looking for a well-rounded and visionary graphic designer who is organized, methodical and talented with SaaS experience. You’ll be instrumental in developing our brand with ownership of brand design, sales material, website and more. Your responsibilities:

  • Design and create visually compelling customer and prospect-facing projects including web content (website layouts, landing pages, banners, icons, and other digital assets), sales collateral, company decks, event material, social media, videos and moreDevelop our brand by working within and expanding upon our design systems
  • Manage any external design resources and design-related creative relationships, maintaining excellent standards and protecting the brand guidelines
  • Collaborate with the marketing team, UX designers, and developers to understand project requirements and translate them into innovative design solutions
  • Provide leadership and expertise around design, brand, and direct response best practices, user research and innovation that translates into effective performance-marketing videos, banners, GIFs, etc.
  • Ensure consistent visual branding across all digital platforms, adhering to brand guidelines and maintaining a high standard of quality
  • Optimize web graphics for performance and compatibility across various devices and browsers
  • Conduct user research and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs based on user needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with marketing leads to review and understand user data and campaign metrics and strategize how to adjust the creative to get the best results
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in web design to drive innovation and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines and deliver designs that align with business objectives
  • Maintain an organized file management system to facilitate easy access and retrieval of design assets

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field
  • 8+ years experience in design, art direction or creative production
  • Proficient knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite with a focus in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and After Effects
  • Proficient in creating explainers and video content for social and sales teams
  • Solid understanding of web design principles, responsive design, and user-centered design practices
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and receive feedback
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to work on multiple projects on a high caliber level across internal and external team members
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a design team environment
  • A portfolio that demonstrates product, branding, communication design experience

Nice to Have:

  • 4+ years experience in a SaaS or innovative technology company
  • Experience with Figma, and/or other prototyping tools
  • Experience with Webflow
  • Experience with Hubspot or similar marketing platforms
  • Knowledge with HTML/CSS
  • Understanding of the print process
