Your Impact

As an IT Project Manager and Works Council IT Liaison, you will serve as a critical interface between application owners and regional leadership to ensure technology solutions, respect employee privacy and comply with local regulations. You will evaluate how data is handled, assess risks related to behavior monitoring & control, and ensure our technical designs empower our workforce while protecting their rights.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the key link with application owners to ensure compliance with worker rights regulations in Works Council countries.
• Assess data usage risks related to employee privacy and performance management, presenting findings to Country leads, HR, and Privacy partners.
• Collaborate with diverse business teams and leadership to facilitate discussions and present clear risk assessments.
• Assist with defining project requirements, supporting feasibility studies, and contributing to needs/impact assessments as needed

Minimum Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience working with technical products, including understanding architecture, system design, APIs, and software development lifecycles (SDLC).
• Proven ability to conduct risk assessments or impact assessments related to data usage, privacy, or technical implementations, with documented examples or outcomes.
• Experience translating business needs into clear user stories or project requirements, managing resource allocation, and coordinating change control processes within Agile or similar frameworks.
• Practical knowledge or exposure to AI technologies, demonstrated through project involvement or certifications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of ServiceNow as an Enterprise Service Platform (ESP)

• Proven experience managing internal IT projects (e.g., network, server, or software upgrades) from initiation to delivery within budget and timeline constraints
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience navigating complex environments involving HR, Privacy, and executive leadership.
• Experience working in Agile environments, with hands-on experience in Agile project management roles such as Product Owner, including use of CI/CD pipelines and tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex technical and regulatory information to non-technical audiences.
• Proactive initiative and the ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of Works Council regulations or European employee privacy standards
