Join Cisco’s People and Communities (HR) Country Acceleration ASEAN team, supporting Indonesia and Malaysia. We partner with country leaders, Country Leadership Boards, Cisco’s Inclusive Communities (Employee Resource Groups), and the broader People & Communities ecosystem to drive compliance, engagement, collaboration, and change. Our team sits at the intersection of business and people strategy, elevating employee experience and strengthening Cisco’s presence locally. Your impact


You will drive meaningful change by partnering with country leaders and People and Communities stakeholders to help design and deliver people and culture initiatives that align with business priorities. You’ll co-own complex country compliance and legislation requirements, ensuring alignment with local laws while keeping global consistency, and deliver critical projects such as restructurings, and mergers & acquisitions. Acting as a trusted consultant, you will support critical employees in crisis escalations and critical country Employee Relations issues; implement crucial policies and programs, and influence leaders to make people-centric decisions. Beyond internal impact, you’ll represent Cisco externally, amplifying our employer brand and helping to directly shape the employee experience, elevate engagement, and reinforce Cisco as a Great Place to Work®.

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR consulting, business partnering, or organizational development.
  • Country knowledge expert in local employment laws and compliance requirements in Indonesia and Malaysia.
  • Experience managing complex HR programs, change management initiatives, or cross-functional projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results with a global mindset, and curious and keen to develop knowledge and acquire/share global standard methodologies.

  • Trusted advisor with experience influencing leaders and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Change agent with experience implementing HR innovations and process improvements.
  • Ability to collaborate across cultures and geographies in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with leveraging AI and technology to streamline HR processes and enhance employee experience.
