We work hard and have fun doing it. We take pride in our work and know our collective success is dependent upon teamwork, both internally and externally. Passion, Integrity, Trust, Leadership, and Execution are our core values.

Your Impact

As a Business Analyst at Cisco, you will be a key driver of strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and process improvements that enable our sales and broader business functions to succeed. Analyze booking, pipeline, and sales data to drive accountability, operational efficiency, and strategic planning. Support quarterly business reviews and executive presentations with compelling insights and recommendations.
  • Sales & Revenue Enablement: Support field sales teams and leaders with pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and operational support. Develop models to improve sales efficiency, monitor sales funnel health, and supervise key performance indicators.
  • Customer & Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to sales and business teams, providing operational guidance, resolving issue escalations, and advocating for process improvements. Foster strong relationships across departments and ensure alignment of initiatives, especially during fiscal planning, product launches, and sales campaigns.
  • Change Management & Continuous Improvement: Drive process simplification, monitor project risks, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. Use data-driven insights to influence operational changes that enhance team productivity and customer experience.
