Meet the Team

The C3 team builds Cisco’s unified control plane for enterprise infrastructure. We focus on platform engineering, asset visibility, and scalable integrations, working closely with Product and Design.

We are a high-ownership team where engineers own features end-to-end, influence platform direction, and build software used in real enterprise environments.

Your Impact

• Design and deliver full-stack features from technical design to production.
• Build data-intensive UI for inventory, relationships, and operational workflows.
• Develop Golang services for ingestion, normalization, enrichment, and querying.
• Define and evolve API contracts and core data models.
• Influence architecture with a focus on scale, security, and reliability.
• Own production quality: debugging, observability, and incident follow-ups.
• Collaborate with Product and Design on solution shaping.
• Mentor engineers and set coding and design standards.

Minimum Qualifications

• 8+ years (BS), 6+ years (MS), or equivalent experience.
• Strong full-stack engineering experience in production systems.
• Experience building platform or enterprise-scale software.
• Comfortable owning features and systems in a distributed environment.

Tech Stack

• Frontend: React, TypeScript
• Backend: Golang, REST APIs
• Auth: OAuth 2.0, tenant-aware services
• Data: Asset & relationship modeling, relational/NoSQL stores
• Platform: Containers, CI/CD, logging, metrics, alerts

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with infrastructure, inventory, or integration-heavy platforms.
• Multi-tenant systems and external API integrations.
• System-level thinking beyond individual features.
