• Lead coordination and resolution of OSAT production site issues to ensure operational continuity.

• Drive WIP management and build plan execution to ensure on-time delivery and production alignment

• Execute customer and loading priorities to support business commitments

• Monitor site output versus build plans and lead recovery actions for gaps

• Identify and resolve site constraints to sustain production throughput

• Manage inter-organizational transactions and material movements

• Lead site scrap coordination and inventory disposition activities

• Own inventory reconciliation and variance resolution

• Issue assembly/test build instructions to manufacturing

• Create, release, and manage work orders
