Meet the Team

The Latin America partner organization is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partner Account Executive (PAE) to join our team in Lima, Peru. As a PAE, you will be responsible for managing and growing our most strategic Cisco partners in Peru. This is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of the IT channel landscape, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

Your Impact

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans for assigned Cisco partners to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within partner organizations, including Global System Integrators, Local DVARs, Service Providers, and Top VARs.
  • Drive partner enablement and training initiatives to ensure partners are proficient in selling and supporting Cisco solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to provide comprehensive support to partners.
  • Monitor partner performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to drive increased sales and profitability.
  • Forecast and track partner sales activities, ensuring accurate reporting and analysis.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess progress, address challenges, and plan for future growth.
  • Represent [Company Name] at industry events and partner meetings.
  • Drive partner adoption and engagement with the Cisco 360 program.
  • Educate partners on the benefits and requirements of the Cisco 360 program.
  • Support partners in achieving Cisco 360 program certifications and specializations.
  • Collaborate with Cisco and internal teams to leverage the Cisco 360 program for partner success.
  • Track and report on partner participation and performance within the Cisco 360 program.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development, with a focus on Cisco partners.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth through channel partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of the IT channel ecosystem, including Global System Integrators, Local DVARs, Service Providers, and Top VARs.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
