We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partner Account Executive to join our team, focusing on the IT channel across the English Caribbean region. This is a Partner Account Executive, requiring a proven track record of success in partner management and sales within the technology sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through our Cisco partner network, supporting the adoption of our solutions, and ensuring partner satisfaction throughout the English Caribbean. Your Impact
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Cisco partners across the English Caribbean (Trinidad & Tobago, Jamaica, Barbados, etc.).
- Drive sales of company solutions through the partner channel, meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets.
- Provide support and guidance to partners on product offerings, sales strategies, and market opportunities.
- Collaborate with partners to develop and execute joint business plans and marketing activities.
- Educate partners on the latest product updates, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Manage partner performance, providing regular feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure partners are compliant with company policies and procedures.
- Support partners in navigating and leveraging the Cisco 360 partner program.
- Stay up-to-date on Cisco partner programs and ensure partners are maximizing their benefits.
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners to track progress and identify new opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to ensure partner success.
- Accurately forecast sales and manage a pipeline of opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events and partner meetings across the English Caribbean.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing Cisco partners, preferably within the English Caribbean region.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth through the partner channel.
- Strong understanding of the IT channel landscape in the English Caribbean.
- Familiarity with Cisco partner programs, including Cisco 360.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
- Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed throughout the English Caribbean.
- Native English speaker.
- Spanish language knowledge is desired.

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
