Your Impact
We have an excellent opportunity for a Software Engineer to join our team in Finance IT. Develop your technical skills as you deliver new capabilities using new tools, technologies, and processes. You work in a collaborative environment that enables you to develop your leadership skills as you work with a team of committed engineers and interact with business partners towards addressing their unique and exciting requirements.
You will work with a team of analysts & engineers responsible for the architecture, solution and gap analysis, software design, development testing and deployment of AI-enabled financial applications.
You will be accountable to lead your area of work, be hands-on, deep dive into any part of the application and be comfortable to work in a sprint based, agile environment. The ideal candidate will be technically strong, adapt to changes and be productive in an environment that includes incremental improvements.
Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in:
- Leading complex high-volume applications across Dev, Stage and Production environments.
- 5+ years of hands-on or leadership experience and exposure in scoping, building, and supporting multiple tools and technologies from any area of the following list:
- Applied AI/ML initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Finance functions such as GL, AP, AR, FP&A, and Revenue operations.
- Experience with tools and platforms such as Python, Azure ML, TensorFlow, SAP AI Core, Power BI, and cloud-based data services.
- Experience with Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), NLP, predictive modeling, and generative AI in enterprise environments.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with a proven track record of influencing stakeholders and delivering measurable business outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experienced in Agile development methodologies and DevOps; preferably as a Scaled Scrum Lead.
- Understanding of software development lifecycles and tools, including design and operations.
- Ability to build relationships with on-site and remote colleagues in a Global Delivery Model.
- Experienced in facilitating estimation sessions and value driven decision making.
