Your Impact
As a Partner Account Executive for Video Devices, you’ll be the driving force behind partner success in Australia. You will build lasting relationships, empower partners through expert guidance, and become a trusted advisor in the world of collaboration technology. Your achievements are measured by how well your partners grow, succeed, and credit you as their catalyst. You Will:
- Grow the number of actively transacting Video Devices partners through close collaboration with distribution
- Enable partners to confidently position, quote, and close Cisco Video Devices deals independently
- Enable and support partners to create a GTM practice that drives growth and great customer experience
- Earn recognition from partners as the key reason they launched or expanded their Cisco collaboration practice
- Become the go-to expert that partners rely on for advice, training, and market insights
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience in technology, SaaS, collaboration tools, AV/UC or adjacent industries, with a proven ability to drive results
- Strong track record managing the full sales cycle - from prospecting and qualification through to closing deals
- Experience building and nurturing relationships in complex, multi-stakeholder environments, ideally in remote or virtual settings
- Demonstrated success collaborating cross-functionally to achieve shared goals
- Confident presenting and training both technical and business content to diverse audiences
- Experience working with channel partners, distributors, or indirect sales models
Preferred Qualifications
- High motivation with competitive nature, tenacity and drive
- Great communication and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple emails, phone calls, social media and more
- The ability to address complex problems and articulate them back in easy-to-understand business outcomes for our customers and partners, and grasp technical material & concepts - understanding that learning will be constant
- Willingness to learn, launch, and share sales experience and technology expertise by staying up to date with new technology, market trends and competition
- A history of career progression and desire for professional development
- Willingness to travel domestically 25%-40%,as required
- Desire to participate and thrive in a team environment
- The ability to pivot and adapt to a fast-changing technology environment
- Technical /Engineering Degree or Technical Pre-Sales Experience.
