Join the Proof of Performance - Center of Excellence (POP COE) within Cisco’s GPRS-Finance organization. We are a global team that is passionate about driving operational excellence and supporting Cisco’s Channel Incentive Programs. As a specialist in partner incentive operations, you will support the Channel Incentive Program by validating partner claims and ensuring compliance with governance standards. Based in Bangalore, you will work closely with Finance, Global Partner Organization, Customer Services and Regional Sales teams to help drive operational efficiency and deliver value to Cisco and its partners. Your Impact
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to drive operational excellence within Cisco’s Channel Incentive Program. You will validate and process proof of performance claims from partners, ensuring compliance with Cisco’s policies and governance standards. Leveraging strong analytical skills, you will collaborate across global and cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues, support partner success, and maintain efficient, timely transaction processing. As the single point of contact for customer service queries, you will deliver prompt, accurate resolutions and provide subject matter expertise to internal teams. Your contributions will directly support Cisco’s business objectives and strengthen partner relationships on a global scale.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and precision.
- Prior experience working in high-volume transactional roles, maintaining clarity and focus on accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience working with cross-functional and/or cross-regional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Proficiency in using translation tools for multilingual claims.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of channel incentive programs or operations is a plus
- Experience working on claim audits
- Demonstrated ability to resolve complex issues using sound judgment.
- Experience in managing stakeholder relationships
- Commitment to upholding policies and procedures in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to interpret data analytics and provide business insights and recommendations
- Experience in Business Process Improvement projects
