Your Impact

• Technical leadership in an agile team to design, develop, test, and deliver new features and improvements to our products.

• Help lead the operational side of our highly available microservice architecture.

• Leveraging these transformative technologies to accelerate the team’s productivity and the delivery of customer features.

• Tackle varied and challenging problems daily, showing flexibility, a data-driven focus on quality, and an ability to learn new skills quickly.

• Take responsibility for designing and architecting for major functions and components, ensure the end-to-end delivery of implementation.

• Receive dedicated mentorship and formal training from a supportive team of fellow engineers to help you get up to speed and grow your skills.

• Provide coach and mentoring to other developers on code review, design review and technical growth

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or higher degree in an analytical subject (e.g. Computer Science, Electronic/Software Engineering).

• Demonstrated +5 years experience in software development.

• Extensive architecture and programming experience and the willingness to learn new technologies quickly.

• Ability to apply and lead a scientific approach and creative skills to complex problems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of programming in following languages: Java or C++ system development, JavaScript, Python are plus

• Familiar with one or multiple Web application frameworks, and persistence technologies: Spring, PostgreSQL, Kafka

• Experiences on the media codec and composition or experiences on realtime video streaming application are plus

• Familiar with AI coding tools (Codex, WindSurf, Copilot)

• Familiarity with Git, DevOps, continuous integration, continuous delivery

• Flexible, thrives in diverse team environments, and communicates clearly and precisely.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to continuous learning and quality results.

We provide training and mentoring for all new team members to fill in any gaps.
