Your impact

Design and implement new media and software functionality to enhance the WebEx meeting experience at global scale. Deliver high‑quality, maintainable code while participating in peer reviews and agile development ceremonies to ensure reliable and timely releases. Contribute to architecture and technical decisions that directly impact audio, video, and real‑time collaboration performance. Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to translate product requirements into robust engineering solutions. Succeed by consistently improving product quality, user experience, and system performance while growing your technical expertise.

Minimum qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field in natural sciences

  • 2+ years of professional software development experience

  • Proficiency in C and/or C++ programming in production environments

  • Solid knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience with media streaming technologies and real‑time communication protocols

  • Experience developing native applications on Windows, macOS/iOS, Android (NDK), or Linux

  • Familiarity with agile or Scrum development methodologies

  • Interest in audio, video, and media systems engineering

  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for learning new technologies and tackling complex engineering challenges
