As part of the Digital Workplace team, we are responsible for providing an extraordinary personal computing experience. Our goal is to ensure an amazing user experience providing employees with the right tools, at the right time to be their best. We focus on the details, so employees can focus on their work. We are looking for a BA, with a focus on laptop lifecycle management or similar service to join the Device Experience - Asset Management team.

Your Impact

We’re seeking a dedicated, experienced, and self-motivated operations & logistics analyst who has a real passion for IT asset management, user experience and technology. You will partner with multiple collaborators including Engineering, Employees, Procurement and Support. You will bring your experiences and insights to create significant improvements across the service.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Up to 4 years of relevant work experience in IT asset management or laptop lifecycle management

  • Direct experience in collaborating and coordinating with shipping carrier partners for international shipping operations, including both importation and exportation.

  • Direct experience managing device logistics, including coordinating hardware shipping, returns, and distribution in a complex/hybrid workplace

  • Hands on experience in addressing logistics process issues, and individual shipment support escalations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands‑on experience using ServiceNow for service delivery or asset/workflow management

  • Experience designing and executing unit, integration, and user acceptance testing for device/asset management systems.

  • Experience working cross‑functionally with Procurement, Engineering, Support, and Senior Leadership to deliver device programs.

  • Familiarity with IT service lifecycle (change, incident, problem management) and negotiating/monitoring SLAs.

  • Exposure to procurement or vendor coordination for device sourcing and returns (supports faster ramp of device programs).
