We are looking for a BA, with a focus on laptop lifecycle management or similar service to join the Device Experience - Asset Management team.

Your Impact

We’re seeking a dedicated, experienced, and self-motivated data analyst who has a real passion for asset management, user experience and technology. You will partner with multiple collaborators including Engineering, Employees, Procurement and Support to create & analyze IT asset data. You will bring your experiences and insights to drive significant improvements across the service.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Up to 4 years of relevant professional experience in data analytics, IT or asset management (applicable for recent graduates or entry‑level hires).

  • Documented hands on experience generating reports of complex IT asset data processes

  • Comprehensive data presentation and story telling abilities

  • Evidence of communicating status and requirements to senior and cross‑functional stakeholders, including negotiating/monitoring service levels

Preferred Qualifications

  • Documented hands‑on experience managing laptop lifecycle activities (procurement, inventory, imaging/configuration, deployment, returns), including supporting new‑hire laptop provisioning and refresh

  • Practical experience using ServiceNow (creating/triaging tickets, raising change/incident requests, and basic configuration)

  • Familiarity with IT service lifecycle processes (change, incident, problem management) and contributing to service improvement initiatives.

  • Demonstrated capability with data analysis and reporting / data storytelling (examples of dashboards, reports, or visualization tools used).

  • Prior experience leading or coordinating cross‑functional teams on systems or process improvements.
