As part of the Digital Workplace team, we are responsible for providing an extraordinary personal computing experience. Our goal is to ensure an amazing user experience providing employees with the right tools, at the right time to be their best. We focus on the details, so employees can focus on their work. We are looking for a BA, with a focus on laptop lifecycle management or similar service to join the Device Experience - Asset Management team.

Your Impact

We’re seeking a dedicated, experienced, and self-motivated Business Analysis who has a real passion for asset management, user experience and technology. You will partner with multiple collaborators including Engineering, Employees, Procurement and Support. You will bring your experiences and insights to create significant improvements across the service.

Minimum Qualifications

• Up to 4 years of experience performing processes automation testing in ServiceNow or other automation platform, including designing and executing unit, integration, and acceptance tests to meet business requirements.

• Ability to configure service automation in ServiceNow or other automation platform (setting options, workflow configuration, automation rules).

• Experience populating and maintaining the IT asset database in ServiceNow (accurate entry, updates, and lifecycle tracking).

• Experience handling case escalations, providing user support and escalation management for IT asset/service issues.

• Experience with automation testing, configuring service automation, and running unit/integration/acceptance tests (particularly in ServiceNow).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience specifically in laptop lifecycle management or similar device/asset services.

• Experience managing logistics in a complex and evolving hybrid working environment.

• Reporting, data visualization, and data storytelling skills for recommendations.

• Experience leading cross‑functional teams and negotiating/monitoring service levels.
