As part of the Digital Workplace team, we are responsible for providing an extraordinary personal computing experience. Our goal is to ensure an amazing user experience providing employees with the right tools, at the right time to be their best. We focus on the details, so employees can focus on their work. We are looking for a BA, with a focus on laptop lifecycle management or similar service to join the Device Experience - Asset Management team.
Your Impact
The Business Analyst is responsible for the ordering, procurement, and provisioning phases of end user laptop and related IT assets, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and seamless delivery. The role oversees laptop inventory forecasting & ordering, supply chain processes, vendor management, and is the main escalation point for user laptop ordering issues. Uniquely, this position also acts as backup and support for the US based provisioning Lead, ensuring leadership continuity whenever needed.
Minimum Qualifications
Up to 4 years of relevant experience in laptop lifecycle management, IT asset management, or depot/supply‑chain operations
Demonstrated experience managing stock forecasting, procurement, and asset flow
Experience managing vendor/depot operations or coordinating with suppliers for device repair, distribution, or depot services
Ability to perform monthly reconciliation reports related to assets (e.g., repair credits, inventory counts)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading cross‑border logistics and regulatory compliance for IT asset distribution.
Proven track record of strategic project delivery and process innovation in device/asset programs.
Prior experience acting as an escalation point for support inquiries
Experience indirectly leading team mates, partners, and contractors to achieve a business outcome.
Strong written and verbal English communication demonstrated by stakeholder presentations or executive reporting (e.g., examples of senior‑level communications).
Familiarity with major supplier ecosystems (Lenovo or similar) and vendor management tools or platforms.
