Our Impact

As a Security Account Executive, you will drive business growth by delivering Cisco’s cybersecurity solutions to new and existing customers across Israel.

You will expand Cisco’s footprint in the Israeli security market, orchestrating resources and building trusted relationships with CISOs, IT leadership, and security operations teams.

Your work will directly impact customer resilience, security maturity, and Cisco’s leadership in cloud-delivered security. You will help shape future products by sharing insights from the field, ensuring Cisco remains at the forefront of cybersecurity innovation.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead end-to-end sales of Cisco Security solutions across diverse sectors in the Israeli market.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with CISOs, security architects, IT leaders, and business stakeholders.
  • Present compelling value propositions that demonstrate how Cisco secures users, data, and infrastructure.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for the Israel market, identifying growth opportunities and competitive strengths.
  • Report regularly on market trends, sales performance, and strategic execution to senior leadership.
  • Partner with technical teams to align security outcomes with customer business needs.
  • Gather customer and market insights to influence Cisco’s future security offerings.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the cybersecurity domain, including cloud security, network security, endpoint security, Zero Trust, and SOC/XDR solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex sales cycles and achieving quota in the Israeli market.
  • Full proficiency in Hebrew and English (written and verbal).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in cloud-delivered security architectures (SSE, SASE), firewall and segmentation strategies, Zero Trust frameworks, XDR/SOC workflows, and secure networking.
  • Deep understanding of how Cisco’s security portfolio improves risk posture, operational efficiency, and business resilience.
  • Experience with subscription, SaaS, and XaaS security sales models.
  • Proven ability to manage complex ecosystems involving customers, integrators, MSSPs, and channel partners.
  • Strong market awareness of cybersecurity trends, regulatory requirements, and the Israeli threat landscape.
  • Track record of providing actionable customer feedback that influenced product development.
