  • Design custom test solutions across high-power devices, large dies, networking silicon, and cost-sensitive products.

  • Partner with PDE and OSAT teams to transfer SLT test programs from Cisco development environments into OSAT production.

  • Serve as the first responder to production hardware or software test issues, ensuring rapid root-cause analysis and resolution.

  • Drive OSAT performance to achieve throughput, yield, cycle time, and equipment uptime targets.

  • Ensure OSAT capacity ramps align with the Cisco product roadmap and support a stable, scalable production test environment.

  • Collaborate with Product Test, Automation, and Data Solutions teams to perform statistical analysis, yield correlation, and optimization across large data sets.

Who You'll Work With

You will work closely with:

  • Silicon Design teams

  • Product Test, Automation, and Data Solutions teams

  • Cross-functional partners across Supply Chain and Manufacturing Operations

Together, we influence the productization strategy for Cisco Silicon One.
