Job Description: The candidate will accelerate the growth of IntoTheBlock’s Biz Dev team, which oversees the company’s partnerships and product distribution. Day-to-day tasks and specific projects include, but are not limited to:
- Prospecting and engaging with potential companies in the crypto and fintech industries to make available IntoTheBlock’s products on their own platforms.
- Driving commercial negotiations and providing technical assistance to prospective partners/clients until deals are closed.
- Provide partners/clients with ideas and tools to monetize IntoTheBlock’s products on their own platforms.
- Assist partners throughout the technical integration process.
- Provide feedback from clients and partners to the company’s engineering and product teams to improve IntoTheBlock's products and monetization avenues.
- Work closely with the rest of the Biz Dev team and top management on a regular basis.
- Maintain the company's CRM up to date with current/new deals.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Candidate must be eligible to work in the EU without a work VISA.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in BD or sales, preferably with an international career background in blockchain, banking, or finance.
- Knowledge about the cryptocurrency industry: main players, market segments, etc.
- Passionate about Blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and DeFi. Existing industry experience would be of an advantage.
- Familiarity with and interest in capital markets.
- Preferably, technical understanding of crypto platforms and protocols.
- Interest in analytics and data science.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent English communication skills (both oral and written).
- Technical background and the ability to explain technical concepts to third parties are preferred.
- CRM experience is preferred.
