Who We Are:

At Dria, we're building a distributed, crowdsourced hyperscaler—a movement led by everyday people that unlocks faster, more affordable inference for everyone.

Dria powers scalable, high-performance inference across diverse CPU and GPU platforms. Our mission is to deliver accessible, cutting-edge performance anytime, anywhere.

We're developing an inference engine optimized for heterogeneous devices, along with an open-source, crowdsourced AI inference SDK tailored for distributed AI workloads.

Our research is focused on delivering high-quality AI for 8 billion unique lives, with an emphasis on compilers, sharding, peer-to-peer networks, CPU/GPU inference, and data generation.

About the Job:

As the Developer Relations Lead, you will be the face and voice of Dria within the AI/ML developer community. Your goal is to educate, inspire, and activate developers through content, events, and community-building initiatives. You will collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, and product teams to ensure developers understand and adopt Dria’s solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Developer Advocacy & Engagement

  • Act as the primary advocate for developers using Dria’s technology, ensuring they have the best experience possible.
  • Build and nurture relationships with AI/ML engineers, researchers, and open-source contributors.
  • Engage with the developer community through social media, forums, GitHub discussions, and Discord/Slack.
  • Serve as the voice of developers internally, providing feedback to the product and engineering teams.

Event Strategy & Community Growth

  • Plan and execute developer-focused events such as hackathons, meetups, and technical workshops.
  • Speak at AI/ML conferences, industry panels, and webinars to evangelize Dria’s technology.
  • Partner with key AI research institutions, developer communities, and ecosystem partners to expand Dria’s reach.
  • Track engagement metrics and continuously optimize strategies based on developer feedback.

Technical Content & Thought Leadership

  • Produce high-quality technical content, including blogs, tutorials, whitepapers, and documentation.
  • Develop compelling technical demos, sample projects, and use cases showcasing Dria’s capabilities.
  • Experiment with new content formats, such as AI-generated storytelling, video tutorials, and interactive demos.
  • Collaborate with marketing and engineering teams to ensure content is both technically accurate and developer-friendly.

Qualifications:

  • Technical background in AI/ML, synthetic data, or developer tools (not necessarily as a coder but with strong technical literacy).
  • Experience in Developer Relations, Developer Advocacy, or Community Management.
  • Exceptional public speaking and storytelling skills—you should be comfortable presenting at conferences and engaging with developers online.
  • A strong portfolio of technical content (blogs, documentation, videos, or tutorials).
  • Ability to engage diverse audiences—from independent developers to enterprise partners.
  • Passion for open-source technology, AI research, and fostering developer communities.

What We Offer:

  • Top business contacts.
  • Direct cooperation with our founders/managing directors.
  • Diverse learning and training opportunities and personal coaching from experienced entrepreneurs.
  • Remote/Hybrid working opportunities.
  • Flexible working hours.
  • A dynamic work ecosystem where you can take the initiative and responsibility.
  • Enjoyable team/company activities.
  • Working in an international setting.
  • A job with Purpose and Meaning!
