About the Job:

We are looking for a motivated Junior Growth Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to contribute to the growth of cutting-edge decentralized technologies.

As a Junior Growth Specialist, you’ll assist in identifying opportunities, building relationships, and executing strategies to expand FirstBatch’s products and ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research & Insights

• Conduct research on emerging trends in blockchain, AI, and decentralized technologies.
• Provide insights to inform growth strategies and decision-making.

Partnership Development

• Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential collaborators, such as AI researchers, developers, and decentralized tech partners.
• Support relationship-building efforts to enhance the network and ecosystem.

Content & Community Engagement

• Help create and manage narrative-driven content for social media and other platforms.
• Collaborate with the team to engage and grow the community, fostering conversations around simulated worlds and AI-driven experiences.
• Assist in tracking key metrics related to the Dria and Swan ecosystems.

Collaboration & Reporting

• Work with cross-functional teams to align growth efforts with broader business objectives.
• Prepare regular reports summarizing progress and outcomes of growth initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Solid analytical and research capabilities to explore trends in blockchain, AI, and decentralized technologies.
• Strong communication skills to assist in building and nurturing partnerships.
• Ability to create engaging content and support community interactions to enhance brand visibility.
• Team-oriented approach to coordinate with cross-functional teams and align initiatives with business objectives.
• Competence in monitoring key metrics and delivering concise reports to evaluate growth efforts.
